2/5 miles in one day = 2/5*30 miles in 30 days
= 60/5
= 12 miles (min)

4/5 miles in one day - 4/5*30 miles in 30 days
=120/5
=24 miles (max)

so, Mrs. Adams walks between 12 and 24 miles in 30 days.

Hope this helped!
