Y = mx + b.
m = (-5-4)/(2+10) = -3/4.
b = y - mx = 4 - (-3/4)(-10) = -3 1/2 = -7/2.
Y = mx + b.

b = y - mx = 4 - (-3/4)(-10) = -3 1/2 = -7/2.
