When an electric current is passed through water during the process of electrolysis, two gases are formed. One gas has a boiling point of negative 183 degrees celcius and the other has a boiling point of negative 253 degrees celcius. Has a physical or chemical change occurred? Explain.

so my answer is- It is chemical change because they are both different chemicals with different boiling points.

You are right to a point. Yes, it is a chemical change because, as you say, it was water and now it is two gases which obviously is something different than water. The fact that the boiling points are different helps point that you started with one and ended up with anothr.
