Christianity, Islam and Judaism are monotheistic religions. They also depended upon prophets to interpret the will of God.

Christianity did depend on prophets BC, but after Christ had died at the beginning of AD God began speaking to anyone and working through others- fishermen, carpenters, and tax collecters. Now, the Christians can read the parts written by ordinary people

Baha'i method of electing the religion's leaders are democratic.
"Campaigning, electioneering, and nominations are prohibited" in order to promote unity among adherents. Votes are cast after prayer and the results tallied. Similarly, decision making also attempts to avoid dissension by using a consensus process, rather than deciding by a majority opinion

Based on the above I need to write a essay answering the below question about any other religous group but it needs to be a newer form of religion and I'm just stuck trying to find a form to compare and contrast.
