What is the solution to (4 * 10^3) * (3 * 10^4) written in scientific notation?

A. 12 * 10^8
B. 1.2 * 10^7 ****

not quite. 4*3 = 12
so, 12*10^7 = 1.2*10^8

4*10^3 * 3*10^4 = 12*10^7 = 1.2*10^8.
