1 m = 100 cm

10 cm = 10 / 100 m = 0.1 m

Area of disc:

A = d² π / 4 = 0.1² ∙ π / 4 = 0.01 ∙ π / 4 = 0.007853981634 m²

Cost:

# 3 300 / 0.007853981634 m² = 420 169.05 # / m²
