The answer is 177 because if you do all the math you will see that that is the answer that is closest to the answer that you originally received.

15/2=7.5
Radius (r): 7.5
Area (A):
A=r^2π ( Let's just say π=3.14)
r^2=7.5x7.5=56.25
A=56.25x3.14=176.625
176.625 is closest to 177, which makes that the answer. I did this process on a math quiz and I got it correct.
