I have translated a phrase, It is correct to said:
Franciscans guided by faith and hand in hand with Jesus and Mary .
Franciscanos guiados por la fe de la mano con Jesus y Maria

Your phrase in English reads well, and you know it's not a complete sentence, so that's good. In order to make a complete sentence, you need to put a comma after "Franciscans" and another after "Mary" and then finish the sentence with the main verb and what you plan to include after the verb.
