just write down in math what they told you in words. If
Sara has x marbles,
Aliya has y,
Ambreen has z, then
x+y+z = 480
y = 2x
z = 3x
Now get to work. Substitute in for y and z, and you have
x + 2x + 3x = 480
6x = 480
x = 80
