AC and AP are two sides of the rectangle.
The circle's diameter is the diagonal AQ = √(8^2+32^2) = 8√17

If 2θ = ∡AOC, then tanθ = 4
θ = 1.3258
So, ∡AOC = 2.6516

No idea what is shaded, but it can't be that hard to figure out.
