First let’s think of a velocity, let’s give it .8m/s,
So first calculate the distance which would be
.8m/s x 120s (2min) = 96

Put that into the work equation w=F x d
So,
W= 96 x 40 = 3,840j
Therefore the work done was
3,840 joules
