Hi! Sorry I am a bit late, but the answer is C.

The reason why is because first Janelle has two choices, either cotton or polyester. Then she must choose a colour for the fabric, and there are three choices for that. So these are all the possible choices:

Polyester, orange
Polyester blue
Polyester yellow
Cotton orange
Cotton blue
Cotton yellow
