Try using more standard notation, where ^ is used for powers, and parentheses make clear how values are to be evaluated. Maybe you mean
(6t^3 - 2) ÷ (2t^3 + 5)
or
(6*3^(t-2)) ÷ (2*3^(t+5))
or something...
sometimes even just a space or two can help clarify what you mean
