    Is this a liquid solution? I will assume it is.
1000 mL x 1.57 g/mL x 0.467 x (1 mol/40 g) = ? mols/L = ?M

    M = mols NaOH/L of solution.
density of 1.57 g/mL x 1000 mL = 1570 grams = mass of solution
mass NaOH in that 1570 g = 1570 x 0.467 = ?
mols NaOH in the above = grams/molar mass = ? grams/40 = ?
That gives you mols/L which is molarity = M
