as you typed it:
4√2401 x^12 y^16
= 4(49) x^12 y^16 , none of the choices
if you meant:
4√(2401 x^12 y^16)
= 4(49) x^6 y^8 , again none of the choices
if you meant:
(2401 x^12 y^16)^(1/4)
= 7 x^3 y^4 , then you shouldn't have used sqrt
4√2401 x^12 y^16
= 4(49) x^12 y^16 , none of the choices
if you meant:
4√(2401 x^12 y^16)
= 4(49) x^6 y^8 , again none of the choices
if you meant:
(2401 x^12 y^16)^(1/4)
