I suppose you want to find the Ep in the spring.
1) potential energy ==> Ep = (m)(g)(h) ==> for gravity.
potential energy ==> Esp = 1/2(k)(x^2)
2) spring force ==> Fx = (k)(x), where k is the spring force constant and x is the distance of spring.
First find x using equation 2.
x = Fx / K = 75/1500 = 15/300 = 1/20
Then plug in the x and K in the equation 1 for the spring.
Esp = 1/2(1500)(1/20)^2 = 1/400(1/2)(1500) = 1500/800 = 15/8J (answer)
P.S Check cause I did not use calculator.
