Draw a side view from the long and short sides.
The long faces have slant height √(3.5^2+11^2)
The short faces have slant height √(5^2+11^2)
The total surface area is thus
base + 2 long triangles + 2 short triangles

the volume is, as always, 1/3 Bh

Now just plug and chug
