A crew is made up of 8 men; the rest are women. 66 and 2 thirds of the crew are men. How many people are in the crew

(66 2/3)% = 2/3.
2x/3 = 8.
2x = 24,
X = 12 crew members.

First find 2/3 of 66 in decimals, and add that to 66. This makes 66.67
Now multiply that by 8 because thats how many men there is. Now you have 533.386 now finally divide by 100 then round to the nearest whole number which is 5 women. Add 5 women to 8 men and you have 12 crew members!!
