Please show how you got 2. Then I can show you what you did wrong.
2/4 - 5 = 4.5...
It's close to 4 so i thought 2
The first thing you should have done was get the unknowns on one side and the knowns on the other. In this problem
c/4 - 5 = 4
Add 5 to both sides

c/4 = 9

Now isolate the unknown by multiplying both sides by 4.

c = 36

And there you are!

36 / 4 - 5 = 4
9 - 5 = 4
