I think that For the first question is B, because if the kings couldn't hire enough people , the black death would have killed of any or all of the people who worked the land, The second question would be A, because if you read your textbook it would possibly say that he would have spread because the Western Roman Empire collapsed after they had been invaded by the 300s “barbarian” groups like the Goths
