    tens digit = X.
ones digit = x - 3.
10x + (x-3) = 11x - 3 = the number.
30 < 11x-3 < 60.
33 < 11x < 63,
3 < x < 5 8/11.
X = 4 or 5.
Let x = 4.
11x - 3 = 11*4 - 3 = 41 = the prime number between 30 and 60.
