In an A.P. having 100 terms. Its first term is 3, M=5n and Sm/Sn does not depend on n then find second term.

If I read things correctly, then it does not matter how many terms there are.
Sm/Sn is constant for any n and m=5n
S1 = 3
S5 = 5/2(6+4d) = 15+2d
S2 = 3+d
S10 = 10/2 (6+9d) = 30+45d
Since Sm/Sn is constant,
S5/S1 = S10/S2
(15+2d)/3 = (30+45d)/(3+d)
