Is Jessy a female given name or a male given name?
It seems that Jessy is a female given name. Can we use 'Jessy' as a male give name?

Jesse -- usually a boy's or man's name
Jessie -- usually a girls' or woman's name

I haven't seen it spelled with a "y".
