I know for a fact a swing is an example of a stable system but that was already used as an example and they said that is a stable system because when it is Disturbed at can return to a state of equilibrium which can be described as a state of balance and a sea saw does the same so would it also be a stable system?

So the thing said that unstable systems lack a controlling force that restores them to equilibrium and a sea saw can go back to a state of balance but it is disturbed when a person sits on one side
