Assuming this is a rectangular prism, the area is
2(5*6 + 5*13 + 6*13) = 346 m^2
How did you arrive at your answer? Maybe I am confused about the difference between "bottom" and "actual bottom."

I arrived at my answer by 2*(16*5^6 and the added 12) thats what my teacher told me to do.
