If she has 6 tiers how many liters of milk does she use?

Part 1. Angle makes 17 braclets for her friends.
Each braclet uses 21 beads.
If Angle wanted to subtract 2 and then add 4 to each braclet. How many beads in total will she have?

After caluculating the previous equation, divide the number by 16 and then multiply by 7 to the sixth power.

I can't figure out this, they last too are essay questions.
Please just explain how i would do this.

Subtracting 2 and then adding 4 is like just adding 2 to each bracelet.

17 * (21+2) = ?

(?/16) * 7^6 = ??
