190 students like the program
135 students think the program is unnecessary
220 students plan on running for student government next year.
If a circle graph were made from this data, what would the measure of the central angle be for the group that likes the program?

Ah, so this is the website where I find it. I've seen this exact answer submitted 7 times so far ( I grade a class of 68 students), funny enough 4 of them kept in the " posted by oobleck", which made this a lot easier to track down. Look, as a math teacher I understand that math is hard, but simply cheating isn't the answer! Please at least try the problem or look up an informative video :). I'll have to let Connections Academy ( I work In the Ohio district) know of this website, hopefully they can ban this on school computers. If you'd like better website recommendations please ask me or look up tutorials online, or webmail your teachers! Me and many others are willing to help you :)

A message to Connections Academy teacher Ms. Vanchez from the Ohio district:
As you may have noticed, this seems like a place where cheating is encouraged. However, this is not the case. The teachers that built this website from the ground up established this place to become a website to help students in getting a better grade for their school work, not before they do it but after, so that they can learn from their mistakes and further improve their grade. Recently, people have been trying to trick the teachers here into getting the answers, and many have succeeded, but I want you to know this is not the main purpose of this website. It's okay to ban this website because of that, we all understand. We just wanted to let you know to not think of us as a bad website with a bad reputation. Talk to some of the officials like Ms. Sue, I'm sure she'll resolve the issue. :)

Stop berating parents teaching their kids. Some people just don't use their brain. Learning coaches do not necessarily know everything and have to get the answers to see if their kid is answering correctly. THINK before you judge.

Okay so i think i know how to do it now? idk if this is right but basically
I did cross-product (n/100 = 190/545)
545n = 19000
divide both sides by 545
that leaves us with a decimal (34.86238532)
The instructions say to round to the nearest whole number (35)
That's our percentage.
Next, take 35 and divide it by 100, which gives us 0.35
We multiply that by 360 (cause it's a circle graph, and circles are always 360 degrees) and we end up with 126(degrees)
that'll be your answer (hopefully? i mean, i'm not completely sure but this is my best guess honestly)

Your welcome 🤣🤪
190+135+220=445. 360(the degrees in a circle)/445(the number of students)=0.81. Each student is worth 0.81 degrees. 0.81x190(the number of students that like the program)=135.9. That rounds up or 136 so the answer is 136 degrees.

Remember you may think you are an idiot for getting answer keys online. However if there is anything I have learned from my past 2 portfolios you can literally do anything if you use your brain. I does not matter if you spend most of your days playing videogames too close to the screen and now you're near-sighted, Math is super easy. (Except for Calculus that ain't math that's the work of the devil.)

Hello everyone! I know how to do the problem! For those of you who actually want to know how to do it, here you go. First you need to add up all the numbers to get 545. Then you can set up a proportion with the number of students who like the government idea, so 190/545. Since we need to find a central angle, we have to set up a proportion. 190/545=x/360. Then use cross products to multiply, so 190x360= 545x. Now, to do the rest just isolate the variable x. Make sure you've solved 190x360 first though. Basically, to isolate the variable you have to divide both sides by 545 then round and you're done! So the answer is 126 degrees!

To find the answer, first, you need to add up all the numbers to get 545. Then, set up a proportion with the number of students who like the government idea, so 190/545.
Since you need to find a central angle, set up a proportion:
- 190/545 = x/360
Then, use cross-products to multiply, so:
- 190x360 = 545x
Now, isolate the variable x.
- 190x360 = 545x
- 68400 = 545x
- x ≈ 125.5
Rounding to the nearest whole number, the measure of the central angle for the group that likes the program is 126 degrees.

By using P.E.M.D.A.S what is 3 + 9 (25 x 63) - 3?
Answered by
Bot
Using PEMDAS, which stands for Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication and Division (from left to right), Addition and Subtraction (from left to right), we simplify the expression step by step.
First, we solve the expression inside the parentheses:
- 25 x 63 = 1,575
Then, we apply the rest of the order of operations:
- 3 + 9 (1575) - 3
- 3 + 14175 - 3
- 14175
Therefore, 3 + 9 (25 x 63) - 3 = 14175.
