Bob Pursley is actually more than "a expert." He has become one of the leading experts in homework help on the board. So much so that the "International Council on World Homework Online, Learning, Information, Knowledge, Education, Semantics, and Mental Enlightenment" (known as "IC WHO LIKES ME" for short) has bestowed upon Bob the indellible title of "AN EXPERT" rather than "A EXPERT."
