Where does the 3 come from ?

I think he meant to type "share" instead of "shat3".

Btw, just realized that he has 10 friends , so including himself there are 11 sharing, so each gets 7/11 of all the pizzas

I believe (and I may be wrong here) you would take all 11 people, and show the each get 1/11 of each pizza. If there are 7 pizzas, this means they get 1/11 from each pizza, making it 7/11. (If I spell a word wrong, I know, but don't want to correct it :P)
