just plug and chug. That would be
11x^-3y^-1 = 11/(x^3 y) = 11/((-1)^3 (2)) = 11/(-1 * 2) = -11/2
11x^-3y^-1 = 11/(x^3 y) = 11/((-1)^3 (2)) = 11/(-1 * 2) = -11/2
