Distance between the two places = (1/2 hours)(72 km/hour) = 36 km
time for return trip = distance/rate = 36/90 = .4 hrs or 24 minutes
so the total time = 1/2 hr + .4 hr = 30 min + 24 min = 54 minutes
time for return trip = distance/rate = 36/90 = .4 hrs or 24 minutes
so the total time = 1/2 hr + .4 hr = 30 min + 24 min = 54 minutes
