How can I rewrite an equation and graph it if it’s negative?
For example; 12x- 4y=24

Don't know what you mean by "if it is negative".
12x- 4y=24
-4y = -12x + 24
y = 3x - 24
So your slope is 3 and your y-intercept is -24
graph as you usuallly would.
