Hello again, I need to make cupric chloride and the recipe calls for an amount in GRAMS.I watched a video where a piece of copper was covered with hcl and hydrogen peroxide but the end result was a green liquid, how do I get a powder

You evaporate the excess liquid off. But you are likely to get a very impure product. If your result is close to pure Copper(II) chloride, you would be advised to order it directly. It is readily available many places, including Amazon (as cupric chloride).
