If you are driving down the road, how can you tell that the car is moving (think about your reference point)?
I know that the answer is pretty simple, but I just don't know how to put it into words.

If you see the tires moving and wheel turning you would see the car moving!!But.. It defenitly depends weither your moving or whee you are!! Hope this Helps Anonymous

You can tell if you're moving if you see the sign one minute and the next minute you don't. It didn't disappear. You must have moved.
