= -(x+10)/( x^2 +10x +2x +20)
=-(x+10)/x*(x+10) + 2*(x+10)
=-(x+10)/(x+10)(x+2)
the two (x+10) get cancelled and then the top will be -1 and the bottom is (x+2): -1/(x+2). now how do i get the restriction
