Do you want.to keep the aqueous solution. I would just go with vacuum filtration, but not sure you are keeping the aqueous fractionation.

If so, (i.e., don't need aqueous solution) Buchner funnel, vacuum flask, filter paper and DI water are needed. Hook up Buchner funnel and vacuum flask. Add filter paper to Buchner funnel and turn on suction hose from bench top. Lightly wet filter paper with DO water to create suction and then add solution. Let solid dry.

I don't know how a question like this is answered because there is no such chemical as sodium trionitrate(v). You MAY be trying to write sodium trioxonitrate(v) but that is a st..id and incorrect way to write the name of NaNO3. That is sodium nitrate.
