I took Ms. Sue's advise and I fond it really helpful. After reading I think that the correct answer is B, direct military conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union
After i was this question i think corrrect answer is c , unite state and soviet union are having long term rivalry competition on arms race and space race ,which lead the outbreak of war.
