I went ahead and banned Amelia. She was posting nonsense on this question and several other questions.
With regard to your homework question, I think the answer is subjective and depends completely on both the game and player of the game. For some games, puzzles are in alignment with the story and help to enhance it.

More broadly, I don't think a statement that is 100% true all of the time exists. So basically any true/false question with no context or bounds within which it is defined is false.
