remember to use the product rule and the chain rule
y = 5e^(5x^2)
y' = 5(e^(5x^2)*10x) = 50xe^(5x^2)
now using the product rule, and recalling that x'=1
y" = 50[e^(5x^2) + xe^(5x^2)*10x] = 50((1+10x^2)e^(5x^2)) is the same as your answer
