Question
I know that a lot of you have not read this and I can't show it to you, but if have read the forest fire what order is it?
Answers
Chronological order -- if the story starts at the beginning and goes right through to the end.
"In medias res" (in the middle of things) -- if it starts with an event, then flashes back in time to several months or years ago, the proceeds in chronological order until the end (which is usually after the "middle" it started with).
Flashback -- similar to in medias res, but having a long-range flashback, proceeding in chron order, and ending where the story began.
Or ... what choices were you given?
