step 3: (12+2)*3 = 42
step 4: (42+2)*3 = 132
step 5: (132+2)*3 = 402

How about start at 7. Create a pattern that multiples each number by 7 and then adds 1. Stop when you have 5 numbers enjoy solving this problem🤗
