What is in your text that indicates that 2 is right?
Answered by santa
The soldiers in the brigade (also known as Hood’s Brigade) were known for their fierce fighting. At the Battle of Antietam (also known as the Battle of Sharpsburg) on September 17, 1862, more than 82 percent of the men in the brigade died. This was the highest casualty number that a Confederate regiment, a military group of ground troops, suffered in a single day. The brigade also suffered severe casualties at Gettysburg in Pennsylvania.
