when does 200 pi t = 2 pi ??? (when t = T :)
T = 2/200
T = 0.01 second
when does pi x/17 = 2 pi ? (when x = L)
L = 34 meters
frequency = 1/T = 100
for velocity, constant phase = constant argument
200 t = x/17
x/t = 17*200
T = 2/200
T = 0.01 second
