Hi guys I am doing a poll and I am just wondering what time do you go to bed? And also what are you leading up to that time? For example, if you are confused. I go to bed at 9:30 and I watch T.V with my family leading up to that time. Thanks for taking your time to reply and have an awesome day.

I'm going to throw your figures way off. I go to bed between 1 and 2 a.m. and read mystery novels before then.

Sure -- but I've been through school, taught for 32 years, and have been retired for almost 25 years. I also get up around 9:30 or 10:00.

I go to bed at 2-3 am and wake up around 12. I usually hang out with my family we do sometimes go out or I am usually on my phone talking to m friends.

I usually go to bed around 5 ish to 9 ish then wake up at around 6.
