since you have the roots, you know that
y = a(x+2)(x - 6/5)
since y(0) = -4,
a(2)(-6/5) = -4
a = -4 * -5/12 = 5/3
so,
y = 5/3 (x+2)(x - 6/5)
= 1/3 (x+2)(5x-6)
y = a(x+2)(x - 6/5)
since y(0) = -4,
a(2)(-6/5) = -4
a = -4 * -5/12 = 5/3
so,
y = 5/3 (x+2)(x - 6/5)
= 1/3 (x+2)(5x-6)
