Proverb: "It does not matter if the cat is black or white so long as it catches rats". Go beyond and break it down. Draw a picture for each part then write what it could mean.
Not sure what has to be done here.

It doesn't make any difference what color a cat (or person) is as long as they can do their job.

The simplest picture would both a white cat and a black cat catching rats. You could also show two or three people of different races doing a job - such as doctors, nurses, teachers, bus drivers, or waiters.
