Two car drive along the same road towards each other one at 15m/s and the other 12 m/s. Each car horn sounds at 256 hz. Calculate the feqency of driver of each car?

Your wording makes little sense. I think you mean what does each driver hear. The answer to that is the beat frequency between the car's sound and the incoming doppler frequency. Each driver is a "listner" when computing the doppler she hears.
Freqheard= (speed sound+ speed listner)*freqsource/(speedsound+speedsource)
so for each listner, calculate that, and then beat it with the freq listner to get the beat frequence heard.
