you draw the bar over the digits which repeat
1/3 = 0.3
9/7 = 1 2/7 = 1.2815714
4111/333000 = 0.123456
1/3 = 0.3
9/7 = 1 2/7 = 1.2815714
4111/333000 = 0.123456

I WOULD PUT THE BAR WHERE THE DIGITS REPEAT SO IF I HAVE A NUMBER LIKE 0.1221221221223 I WOULD PUT A BAR INDER 122 BECAUSE THOSE ARE THE NUMBERS THAT REPEAT.
