I think it is B because the color of the girl's red dress sticks out from the pale orange & yellow leaves in the background. It is the viewers point of attention. :) Plz check.

i think that 2 is D. movement from texture usage. Because if you look at the image, it doesn't use a lot of color, but a lot of texture. when you cut it in half, it isn't the same on both sides, and it can't be radial balance i don't think. So, that leaves D.

1: Color
2: Symmetrical balance from shape usage
3: to give a feeling in the price that all elements are working together in a similar matter
4: using a vertical line to establish where the ground and sky meet
5: changed the facial features so they no longer worked together
6: rhythm and movement
7: radial balance
8: line
9: lining up the bottom of the mouth to the tops of the ears
