    133g (1 mol/58.5g) = 133/58.5 mols
since it is one liter that is the molarity

Didn't ask for molarity but for mole fraction. I assume the mole fraction of the solute and not the solvent. Also, I assume densit of H2O = 1.00 g/mL.
mol fraction = Xsolute = mols solute/total mols
mols solute = 133g/58.5 = ?
mols solvent = 1000g/18 = 55.5
total mols = 55.5 + ?
